The new Lagride app poses a serious risk to Nigerian drivers. It hides a clause requiring dispute resolution in China—denying users access to Nigerian courts. It also fails to display previously paid records, yet continues to track users’ real-time locations.

With no transparency and poor support, it feels more like a surveillance tool than a ride-hailing service. This is deceptive, potentially harmful, and violates user rights.

Apple should urgently investigate and suspend the app until it complies with local laws and ethical standards.

The app must be managed by thieves. Delayed payment of the drivers, no pickup or drop off location or information of the rider, no security, just selfishness from the managers. This application is not safe in any form and I definitely do not recommend.

Bad service. Terrible method of payment. No gain. Profit making is not substantial. Address of rider not shown when ride is booked. Nothing to show for a days work. Money we get from riders is nothing to write home about because it is all sent back to the management instead of the drivers that did the work. The app was not made for profit making.
