Should not have to authenticate every time and click through credit score screens. -- kate22145, 2024-12-29 ### *---- "Not User Friendly" This app definitely doesn’t like Apple devices, hate it! May even change banks due to how annoying it is. -- Marilynn5566, 2024-12-02 ### ***-- "Lag when switching functions" I notice it takes quite a bit to get from main interface to those of other function (eg transfer screen). Not sure why this is but it is concerning, sometimes results in app crashing. -- Dukelelaney, 2024-11-28 ### **--- "Needs work, or I’m missing something" This app is something I can’t even find deposit option. -- PlorkyLG, 2024-11-22 ### *---- "Rotate?" The new app has been in place or several months now and it still does not rotate (iPad version) and only operates in portrait orientation. Please bring back the rotate capability so we can operate in landscape orientation! How did you miss this???? Did ANYONE test this thing? -- beed1310, 2024-10-23 ### *---- "Update" The last update is terrible, things are more complicated, and slowed down -- user7974, 2024-10-16 ### *---- "Disappointing Displays of Info" While I appreciate the security upgrades and also card-management aspects of the newer versions of this app — the lack of visibility to show payment/transaction details along with resulting balances is disappointing. I’m a long-term UB&T and SBCP customer (banks acquired or merged into the current Lake Ridge bank; dont know the details). The displays of info in their mobile apps and web version of their portal were so much more helpful. I don’t need flashy here — just want to see banking info like it used to appear on a paper statement, but electronically and at a glance. It requires way too much maneuvering to find the same info these days. The Ux needs work, too. -- Function First, 2024-10-04 ### *---- "I do not like the new Lake Ridge Bank app format" Once again, a bank decides to make the app to access accounts more complicated! Originally the deposit icon was on the main page so was easy to access, but now is buried in a sub menu. Considering most people use their remote access to their account to make deposits this is a really dumb idea! Additionally, if you go to make a deposit and make an error the ap freezes, then redirects you to other features like zelle. If I Zelle, I should select an icon to get it. Looks like whoever revised the app needs to do some work to get it work properly, and I would recommend putting deposit back on the main page. Simple is better! Please keep that in mind when making future changes for customers. -- This forsnt work right either, 2024-09-29 ### *---- "New app" I really dislike the new app. It’s difficult to navigate, takes forever to load, and doesn’t change screen orientation on my iPad, which means I can’t use my keyboard attached. Please go back to the old version or fix it!! -- cfoxxx12666, 2024-09-22 [View all Lake Ridge Bank reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Lake Ridge Bank Discovered Keywords - cross bank ## Apps Similar to Lake Ridge Bank - [UW Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/uw-credit-union-lWd/united-states) - [Summit Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/summit-credit-union-Jebb/united-states) - [BNG Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/bng-mobile-LYfb/united-states) - [Park Bank Business Banking](https://apptail.io/app/park-bank-business-banking-Qfgb/united-states) - [Farmers Savings Bank WI](https://apptail.io/app/farmers-savings-bank-wi-vThb/united-states) - [Heartland Credit Union (WI)](https://apptail.io/app/heartland-credit-union-wi-mLub/united-states) - [Bank of Sun Prairie Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/bank-of-sun-prairie-mobile-fwnc/united-states) - [Park Bank Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/park-bank-mobile-banking-KLgd/united-states) - [Thompson Kane Home Loan Online](https://apptail.io/app/thompson-kane-home-loan-online-Zbmd/united-states) - [OCB Banking](https://apptail.io/app/ocb-banking-NTyo/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
