You get different answers for same question from two different representatives when you call back to confirm if any request you made already within same day. Overall I have never seen this type of poor customer service from any other company. I gave numerous times feedback to improve their service but they never done that in last 4 years -- LoanCustomerBey, 2025-01-04 ### ***** "User Friendly" Very clear easy instructions simple and fast have your information available to you. -- shop till your eyes dry out, 2025-01-03 ### ***-- "Delayed payment" I made payment using the pay now feature and it still hasn’t come out yet. It shows as scheduled for the next day(today) and it still hasn’t come out yet. I wish it had a debit card option. If I put in my debit card instead of account info it would’ve paid it instantly. Now I’m sitting around waiting for it to come out. I do appreciate their an app and online option. That’s convenient. So it seems I’ll have to try and make payment earlier so it can come out on time since the pay now isn’t really pay now. -- the real lola, 2025-01-02 ### *---- "Payment system" Only think I’m not satisfied with is not being able to control how much payments I can do at a time. -- Big Ahahahahuukmmmsssw, 2025-01-01 ### ***** "So easy" I’m able to make my payments with ease and not have to be bothered by snail mail or waiting on hold on the phones. -- GadgetgrlVal, 2024-12-10 ### ***-- "App Review" Biometric identification does not work, ie FaceId. -- RDSC2021, 2024-11-11 ### *---- "App" This app is not adequate to place more funds on your mortgage. One line I’m able to add to principal but on the app I can’t this needs to be fixed -- Almiller2010!, 2024-11-09 ### *---- "Login issues" Hope it works with new updates -- Kishora.ys, 2024-11-06 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Can’t sign in. Immediately fails with “please check if your Internet connection is restricted”. No, but if you tell me some more details about what is not working I might be able to actually troubleshoot it. I hate apps that hide errors behind generic messages like this. -- Thomas Turn, 2024-11-05 ### ***** "Nice app" Nice app -- Salomoncobo, 2024-11-01 [View all Lakeview Mortgage reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Lakeview Mortgage Discovered Keywords - your mortgage app --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
