Its really very frustrating and disappointing please don’t use this app -- Shailja2611, 2024-11-29 ### *---- "Unable to Login/Signup" Unable to login signup using my registered mobile number -- Cherry@11, 2024-09-14 ### *---- "Not allowing you to log in" It has been a year now but the status remains the same, I cannot log in to my own account. -- Rup646, 2024-06-20 ### *---- "Forgot Password" Forgot password option not working. Any help in this?? Do Lakmé care about their App?? -- RaYa_13, 2024-03-09 ### *---- "No bill" They dont give the bill in lakme kilpauk balfour road, chennai and when i ask they dont take the complaint in the head office too.. kindly check and dont cheat the people. -- zaina92, 2023-06-12 ### *---- "Error in appointment time" Whatever time I choose for the appointment it shows 7 or 8am for the service . The salon itself is not open at that time. Request team to fix this issue -- Sangeetha1986, 2023-05-14 ### *---- "Kept booking incorrect slot and referral system is a scam" Tried selecting 7 PM multiple times but it kept booking for random slots like 11:00, 12:05, etc. Also, They have good stylists and everything but the referral system is definitely a scam. A friend referred me where Lakmé said I’ll be getting Rs. 500 off my first visit but didn’t get discount of even a rupee. -- Chauhan, Aman, 2023-02-15 ### *---- "Fraud ,Cheat Scam" Got Keratin hair done in lakme salon panduranganagar bangalore and it went away in 4,5 days after 1st wash.my hair became rough and frizzy and brittle. I went to the salon, they are not even giving refund and are talking shamelessly. So arbitrary that the area manager of the company, Mr. Stephen, is also not responding. I had hope from Mr Stephen when I complained but I did not get any response from him. Maybe this is the reason Lakme is getting degraded.I want my refund. #lakmeindia #lakmesalon -- Pathak0102, 2023-02-11 ### *---- "Fake app and website" Never received Order id #53205 worth 2847/- Don’t use the app. -- B-complex8, 2022-12-12 ### *---- "The app does not work" Neither the app or website works.
