I set it up, and the fountain itself, while impressive, is actually very noisy & annoying. There’s vibration coming from somewhere inside that I can’t find to fix or soften. The app also seems totally unnecessary. It functions on default without any user assistance, and there aren’t any special features that I can see on the app versus if I just plug the fountain in, and let it run by itself. The ginormous water capacity, ability to sanitize, and potential to grow catnip or cat grass hydroponically are all interesting. Plus, it’s heavy enough that my cat won’t knock it over, as she likes to do with the other fountains we’ve had. -- acoyne4521, 2025-05-06 ### ***** "Auto refill liter and scooper" I’m very happy with my automatic liter refill and automatic scooper, I can fill it and not worry about it for at least a month or longer, it’s awesome! Thanks -- HellaGirlTasha77, 2025-04-30 ### **--- "Not the best experience. Desire for a feature which can disable the auto scooping" The app UI is confusing. I used it for the litter scooper only. One recommendation, could you provide a feature to disable the automatic scooping, and allowing control by pressing the button in app or on the machine? In training phase, my cats are not comfortable about the auto scooping on timer. I think it’s gonna be helpful if the scooping can be based on manual control. Thank you. -- CafecatKate, 2024-11-06 ### *---- "Please fix it now - won’t clean after app upgrade!!" Like the liter box but the last update broke it! I like the changes to the app-yes I want more control and info on my cats’ usage. It now it doesn’t document anything and doesn’t even scoop unless I tell it to! So much for self-cleaning! I deleted and reinstalled like the last update stated to do and still the littler box does not work! I like that yall changed it back to the light coming on when a cat enters. I like the feel of the new app with the information being easier to access without clicking in 6 different places. And being able to set the storage compartments from the app. But I do not like that my self cleaning litter box no longer self cleans! It was too expensive and I have had it about a year and if not fixed immediately I want a refund so I can get a different one! FIX IT NOW! -- ibetiger, 2024-09-19 ### **--- "Basic functions" When using this for the smart water fountain, it would be nice if the app actually tracked and displayed the actual date that the water fountain was drained and refilled because it’s hard to track the start time of the drain intervals since it’s generic options like ‘every two days at 10:30am’. -- BlackMamba91, 2024-09-12 ### **--- "Weird app no control" It’s a strange app especially with the lack of control. I can change between Fahrenheit and Celsius, but I can’t change the weight to pounds for the cats. I don’t care about the temperature. I would want to know more about the cats, but that’s a useless information. There’s no way to access back information to see who visited during the night? It just comes up blank, you have to be in the app when the cat is in the litter box or you don’t get to see what the weight is and then not being impound. It makes it completely useless. -- Gamgam66, 2024-08-12 [View all LalaHome Smartech reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## LalaHome Smartech Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/united-states) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/taiwan) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/australia) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/chile) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/spain) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/united-kingdom) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/hong-kong) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/indonesia) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/india) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/japan) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/malaysia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/peru) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/pakistan) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/thailand) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/ukraine) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/lalahome-smartech-pfEn/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
