Delivery fare is too low considering the uptrend gas costs. Taguig to Manila or QC for just 200 pesos?? WTF?? There are also bookings without base fares. Plus, your commissions are too high when you’ve set the fares too low. Maybe for lower fares, lower your commissions as well down to 10 or 5%. There’s also the issue of fake/scam bookings. Shouldn’t your system auto-detect or filter these? Same with people who book but as passengers. They usually put the same notes but no action from Lalamove. There are still drivers victimized because they just want to deliver excellent customer service. Better yet, remove the “abono” option. Toll gates should also always be included in customer’s delivery fee!! And also do something about us able to pick the notifications that we only want. We certainly do not appreciate being notified “agahan natin ang pagkuha boss” on my day off/coding day! My God! The fare is also not fair for drivers! In order for drivers to earn enough, they have to do double booking in the expense of customer satisfaction! Totally absurd! If you’re thinking of driving for Lalamove, DON’T! Spare your vehicles. Just apply as a regular rider or get a regular job! It says on the app itself and on the terms & conditions that the rider and the lalamove platforms are partners. However, there are some instances that customer will make an order booking that is no good for motorcycle. I myself as one of the riders who signed up and joined to be a partner with lalamove have experienced those unexpected booking order. It’s really unfair because you have to cancel the booking order because of the oversize and you over weight parcels/items. Once you have cancelled the order booking automatically you will receive a deduction on your ratings or get suspended, worst case scenario? You will get banned and no longer get a chance to get orders. This lalamove platform is no good for freelancers like me. Luckily this is only a part time job for me. I worry those people out there who used this platform as their number 1 source of income. I hope lalamove company will provide or seek attention for riders/freelancers to take actions for those customers who wrongly report the riders/freelances “unfairly” and you wont listen or take side on your so called “partner” we as lalamove rider, we don’t just cancel the order booking because we don’t like it.
