By far the worst customer service I encountered
Not Convenient
Never had an experience of rude drivers. However, it’s so hard to look for a rider! I was booking for 2 hours + tip but still no rider in the area even it says in the app that the order has reached drivers.

Rider na nagkasundo wag tanggapin ang bookings ng wala tip
Mga rider nyo na ayaw tanggapin ang bookings kapag walang add tip.. at mukang ayaw p ng 20 tip, mabilis ang pag accept kapag 40 n ang add tip.. hayyy Regular days man yan or holidays. Sana hndi nyo nalang nilagay yang priveledge na yan dahil inaabuso nila. Kaming mga customer ang affected sa dagdag singil na yan.

8 hours to 9 hours before dumating yung mga items, kahit food yung dala.
