Walker are the worst service.
Please dont accept the booking if cannot commit on time. I book for 2pm but 3:45 now never collected yet since the driver is walker. Cancel the delivery if cannot commit! Time is valuable here
It’s a scam apps
Asked to top up cash, order waited 3 hrs, no driver accept the job, it ban me 48 hrs and cash withdraw is require to charge fee n fill up a scammy form, with no response. It’s a scam apps. Avoid at all cost
Bad app
Made an order, driver sent to wrong location as the app showing driver a different location from my order. Bad .
Dirty clause for units without elevator
If you are moving out from units without elevator be aware that there will be charges of $10 X floors X (driver+number of helpers you ordered) which is a rip off if you dont have much furnitures. You only get to find out about these extra charges after you committ payment because this is not somethig that users would expect nor intuively search before make booking decisions. This is unethical practice and I expect the service provider to be accountable for providing such information upfront so that we pay what was promised by the service provider.
Inconsistent of deliveries
It is always different driver that will be picking up your items. Sub-conning is very happening with this app which can lead to late deliveries as well as failed deliveries. There is one time where is was sub-con and the driver decided to take lunch before completing the order. I understand everyone need to have their lunch but they could have not taken the order if they are hungry which can give others who is free to take up the order. The drivers also could not follow the proper address that is given to them by their ‘supervisor’ which will delay in the delivery.
