Whenever I click on my results the app continues to just close. I can never access my stuff, if your app has bugs then please fix it, there’s no point in making an app available for the public to access their results if it doesn’t work 🤷♀️ This isn’t even the first time this is happening, since y’all released the app it’s been happening. Then I gotta call the lab and request an email, FIX IT!!!!
If I were Lancet I would be ashamed of providing such a bad app. The app doesn’t work and just crashes when trying to retrieve results. If you try support you just hold and hold…. Very poor
This app is a load of crap. You download and then cannot authenticate to log in. I have downloaded, deleted, retried, reset the password multiple times. I really cannot understand how you release this to the public!!!! Totally pathetic!!
To register, it asks for my ID or MRI# but doesn’t explain what those are or how to find them. Strange app!!!!!
Don’t even bother downloading! This app does not get past the first login.I was able to register but t kept return an error message whenever I tried to login. It is a complete waste of time!
30 hours after Covid-19 test no results on app. Doctor confirmed results 6hours ago. Useless
Otp functionality is not working so can't register. No way to contact Lancet either.
I am struggling to even create a password on the app as the design is so pathetic! It does not recognize the id etc! Considering the amount of money that we pay for the tests surely Lancet can fork out some money to have a decent app for its brand!!!
Terrible app. Does not have latest patient results. Difficult to use. Tons of bugs
Please fix the app. Have been trying to register for more than week - I never receive the SMS or call and I can't contact you from the app
