How do you have multiple surnames on one Id number ? This app doesn’t work
Tested yesterday at 18:00. Today in the morning 07:30 I found my results. The doctor has not even contacted me yet 😊
My wife tried to register with both versions of the app and it complains that there are multiple surnames linked to the same ID and that you need to call a number. Even after calling and explaining her maiden name changed with marriage they seemed unable to correct and she is still not able to register. Another call and then directed to send an email to the app team :( so let’s see. All a little tedious and it seems this has been a problem for a while…
Lancet. Why have an app that doesn’t work???
Guys I think you guys must invest in proper software engineers, not these clowns you guys outsourced to design for you. Cannot register, cannot reset password and cannot login. Software just isn’t fully tested for functionality.
This new app is terrible, don’t bother! No data displayed and search returns nothing
Firstly - to have two different apps instead of just updating the old app is extremely frustrating. Secondly, if your surname changed at any point (a huge number of women?!?!) then you cannot obtain any results from after your name change. Absolutely pathetic tech from such a large company.
App does not work and keeps on giving same error messages on both versions of the app. Such a disappointment from a reputable laboratory, considering that we need it for our health purposes .
I get the following error and have tried to contact support multiple times. "We found multiple medical records where the patient surname differed" Firstly on trying to contact support, they make that almost impossible by directing users to the general website. Secondly, they don’t respond or correct the issues when you do try a contact email address. Appalling for such a big company!!!
