OTP flexibility
I setup my app to recognize my device for the OTP because I was going out of the country and I thought that feature will be a big help. It was ok at first, but after updating the app, suddenly it does not recognize my device anymore and now it wants me to confirm the OTP it sent out to my old number which is no longer active. The branch said I need to be there physically to update the information on my iAccess account. I won’t be coming back to the country anytime soon so I am now stuck and worried my account would be inactive. Any suggestion on how I can resolve this issue? It is very inconvenient.
