Do not bother with this app. Have been using the free version for over 2 years, and all of a sudden, I am asked to upgrade when more than 20 rent payments are recorded. It used to be unlimited with 2 properties. Now I’m 3/4 of the way through the financial year and I can’t continue! I’m not upgrading as I technically only need it for 1 property (the other has a property manager), so I will find another app to use.
