Games good, but there are a lot of men on this game who harass and sexualize women. They make a lot of vile comments in both world chats, alliance chats and personal messages. Upon reporting this for weeks on end, the developers and service members on this game do nothing about it and are more than happy to sit back and watch it happen. I would encourage anyone who is wanting to get onto this game, please really think about this as some of the comments are insane and easily reportable to the police.

Since I created a new account, I have been constantly muted for inappropriate language. So far, I have been muted for 72hrs and the state only opened just over 3 days ago. I have NEVER had this issue with the game before. I have reported the issue to the developers but they respond that they cannot do anything. How are people meant to play a game like this if they are prevented from communicating? Very disappointing.

Really enjoyed the game but I can’t log back into it I’ve had this app for a bit and I didn’t go on it for a couple of days then when I did it said ‘ initialization failed (*Request failed*) Retry? But what you get in return is not value for money. Everything is always just one more transaction. I’d love to give this game more stars but I can’t I’m in server 208 and I’ve been attacked none stop since our first SvS event because I lost troops trying to take the supreme prison with my alliance, I’m the only person in the server being bullied and harassed by a select few from the bullies know as OvO. If you do plan on playing the game it’s good, it’s enjoyable when you’re not being bullied. Even though Harassment is against ToS I’ve messaged support and they don’t care told me to just shield and join an alliance but I’m not allowed in any alliances in 208 or they get attacked and zeroed as well!

Game starts off well helps you quite a bit it’s downfalls are slow marches and you only get one of those, if you fail to stop a riot the military comes in takes all your prisoners and your back to square one NO income the game just becomes tedious with only a single slow march it’s a long way back to try and rebuild your prisoner population after all the hard work

Server 219 is toxic. Top alliances will do nothing to get you to quit or join them.  We have been subjected to 5 days of relentless attacks with no justification at all. 

Complaints have been made in in-game customer service and via email but no action taken.
