Aplikace nefunguje , stále píše “ trial expired subscribe now” , i když mám předplatné zaplacené.

The app started crashing randomly a few months ago, now it’s unusable. iOS 17.1.2 iPhone XS Max

The app is fine but there’s a new subscription model… I had paid version before, so I’ve got lifelong access to mate pro which is great, but when I use the Safari extension to translate the page it says that the trial is over and that I need a subscription... But I have lifelong access to the pro version and on top of that, I can't even subscribe even if I wanted to. Can you please fix that? Thank you.

This app is so good, people think I actually speak the language I’m writing in. It’s worth the money!!

Have a new paid subscription. Works on phone but not iPad. Also not particularly easy to use.

This app worked when I first got it but as soon as I payed for the lifetime subscription it never worked again. I have no clue why Apple allows so many developers on the AppStore to steal your money and say it’s all good. It’s called theft by deception and Apple puts its name behind the practice while knowingly allowing it. Apple allows these developers to set up programs that hide a phony debit card underneath your real one to skim money from each and every transaction you make. Apple knowingly allows the insurance companies to take the hit while they sit back and collect on everything you buy. It’s a slick business unless you’re part of the insurance company plan to pay up all the time. Make the app work as you said it would.

I paid for a year and it is listed under my active Apple Store subscriptions. But the app still won’t work and says I have to subscribe again. I actually did subscribe again and Apple said I was already subscribed. Then they sent me email to a activate it in the browser. It let me log in but still said I wasn’t subscribed. I sent a message to their support last week, but they have not answered
