I was loving this app for a while, but recently the app is constantly bugging out. My pump no longer stays connected to the app, and it constantly is notifying me that a session is occurring when it is not. Now it is deleting sessions that I have input into the app. I have the most recent update and it seems like it has gotten worse since then. I really love how user-friendly this app is, but these bugs are making it frustrating to use.

It randomly gets disconnected all the time. It’s very annoying and then it connects when it decides and then asks to record the amount, when I already don’t know the amount. The funny thing is that it is connected because if you press pause on the pumping session, it will stop. It’s just a bad app

I’ve been using this pump for 6 months, since my baby was born. After this last update ALL my data has disappeared, including today’s pump sessions.

The app is no longer allowing me to keep track of breastfeeding only pumping.

No bad things to say about the pump but this app??? I get about 25 notifications A DAY from the app that a pumping session has either started or ended and to record the volume of milk pump and I’m nowhere NEAR the pump nor is it turned on. Constantly loses Bluetooth connection, forgets device, loses my recorded pump sessions, deletes my logged information, etc. This app needs serious fixing ASAP. Send out an update, bug fix, or something!

When attempting to pair pump with phone via Bluetooth, the codes come up so quickly then disappear, will not pair. Unfortunate because this app has great potential.

After 2 months the app started making me cmtinuously repair and still doesnt connect and allow the session to be recorded without manually logging.

stuck on update firmware screen. keeps asking me to “remove flanges” which i have tried doing in multiple different ways. just got this pump and im very annoyed now by this. already sent yall a message thru your “contact us” but no response yet.

Every other time I go to pump, it tells me it can’t find a device to pair to. I try to repair and it tells me to press the power button to pair but then won’t connect because it can’t find my device. Then after pumping all day, it’ll spam me with notifications telling me the connection to pump was lost. Then next thing you know, it tells me I have records to sync. I’m up to 60 now. I have to keep logging them as a non-smart pump and when they finally pop up to sync, the times are wrong. I’ll pump at 5:15 and for 25 mins however in the records to sync it will show a record for 3:46 and 5:02. They’ll say I pumped for 13 mins or 31. It’s never correct. I could have saved $50 because this pump is anything but smart. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to do exactly what the app says. Like I didn’t try that 100 times first. The battery is also constantly on the Fritz. I’ll charge it for 2 hours and I’ll go to use it and it’ll go from 4 bars to 3 bars to 2 bars within 15 mins. Then the next time I go to use it, it’ll show 4 again. I’ll charge it and go to turn it on and now it’s a 2 bars. Overall, this pump is just a pain. I got the tommee tippee one instead (for a third of the price) and it had the same features with none of the set backs.. The pump did work though for what it’s worth.

I can’t save my breastfeeding sessions nor log a diaper change. Please fix. I use this app all the time.
