Lapaas Projects makes ownership explicit. Hand a task to one person or to an entire team, and the answer comes back to you: Accepted, Declined, or still Waiting. No chasing. No "did you see my message?" No guessing who is on it.

DELEGATION THAT ANSWERS BACK
- Assign a task to a single person or to a whole team at once
- Every assignee's response is tracked as Accepted, Declined, or Waiting
- Owner and Collaborator are separate roles, so accountability is never split by accident

My Day opens on what actually matters this morning: what is pending, what is overdue, and what you have already finished today. It picks out a single Today's Focus task so you always know where to start, and lists the habits you are keeping today right underneath.

- Filter your projects by Planned, In Progress, On Hold, or Completed
- Each project shows a live progress percentage and its task count
- Open one to find a progress ring and tasks grouped by stage: Backlog, To Do, In Progress
