It was working fine for over two years and just stopped. I reinstalled the app (latest version), restarted the phone, and just keep getting “failed to retrieve steaming video”. I paid for a subscription and no one responds to support messages or feedback. I’ll update this review if someone helps me get it working again. Until this problem with their app cloud service is fixed, I would suggest staying away from the Larkkey IP cameras. -- Jlb4350, 2024-06-27 ### *---- "No Alexa" App says it can connect to Alexa but it only brings you to a link that says if you see this reload or update app. Very low and inconvenient quality. -- rappaapap, 2023-11-30 ### ****- "Really good cam" The angle that can cover is perfect. I will give a 5 * if also could record video when detect a movement. -- evefasa, 2023-03-21 ### *---- "Don’t get ICloud Storage" Once you buy it, there is no cancellation option and they just keep charging you. Scam!!! -- Wholecobra, 2021-12-29 ### *---- "Worse by the day" It never connects anymore, there’s really no point to this camera sometimes it won’t even detect movement. Such a waste. -- Algonzalez19, 2021-12-15 ### *---- "USED to be awesome" For some reason when I open the app it will only show 2 seconds of video then freezes. That’s whether I am watching live or trying to watch recordings! This app is getting worse and worse!!! -- Mutnik, 2021-11-07 ### *---- "Cameras won’t stay online" For more reliable remote viewing I had to pair these cameras with remote control plugs that I can turn off and on remotely to reboot the cameras. Even then, they sometimes won’t come online the first time. Once online they may stay connected for 10 minutes or a week, there’s no telling. -- mcscotty610, 2021-10-14 ### ****- "Good product - lots of recording capacity on 128gb card" I get between 1 and 2 weeks of daily recordings. I do wish there were some fine movement control of reviewing recorded events. I’d really like to know what hardware the LARKKEY app supports. Is it only the security camera I bought? Are there other cameras I might like better that work with the LARKKEY app. Biggest plus is good recordings for a long period of time -- scaaty84, 2021-07-29 ### *---- "Didn’t work" Use the “smart home” app it worked first try after hours of messing with this -- Bolts11211, 2021-05-11 ### *---- "Good quality but app needs work" My 5 cameras have stopped telling me when motion is detected which and are pointless now being that’s the reason I bought them -- lovely_lucy3, 2021-04-06 [View all LARKKEY reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to LARKKEY - [LaView](https://apptail.io/app/laview-MVt/united-states) - [Jawa](https://apptail.io/app/jawa-fPM/united-states) - [OWLR IP Camera Viewer](https://apptail.io/app/owlr-ip-camera-viewer-SUN/united-states) - [Premier Smart](https://apptail.io/app/premier-smart-Hoyb/united-states) - [KMC Smart](https://apptail.io/app/kmc-smart-tLhc/united-states) - [HoMeYe Pro](https://apptail.io/app/homeye-pro-exvc/united-states) - [NGTeco Home](https://apptail.io/app/ngteco-home-nIvd/united-states) - [Conico](https://apptail.io/app/conico-bhMe/united-states) - [WOOX Security](https://apptail.io/app/woox-security-oXoi/united-states) - [Dekala](https://apptail.io/app/dekala-DQGi/united-states) ## LARKKEY Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/larkkey-AWVm/united-states) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/larkkey-AWVm/china) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/larkkey-AWVm/ecuador) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/larkkey-AWVm/colombia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/larkkey-AWVm/canada) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/larkkey-AWVm/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
