## Lassus Reviews in United States

### **--- "Gets the job done, but annoying."
The app asks to enable notifications every launch. Would be 5 stars otherwise. There is no reason for that.
-- Solkre, 2024-04-09

### *---- "Anything to save a penny, right?"
This app has always been clunky, and not very user-friendly, but I was able to look past all that because of one saving grace: free cup of coffee, every time you filled up. It’s a simple gesture that cost the company basically nothing but made a huge difference in my loyalty. This new updates to the app not only made it harder and more confusing to pay at the pump, but took away the free coffee feature. I reached out to the owners of the app, who assured me it was coming, but I think we all know that’s not true. and it’s a small thing, but it was one of the best parts of my morning when I had to fill up.

### ***** "Nice"
Very nice app keep up the great work
-- tayergang, 2022-12-11

### *---- "Stopped working"
Stopped working and always says request cancelled
-- jbrown927, 2022-03-07

### ***** "App rating"
Super easy to maneuver around!!
-- Oliverfrom, 2021-09-23

### *---- "Rewards"
It says $.75 off of a fountain drink when you “check in” but lately it hasn’t been giving us our $.75 off.
-- CAHannie, 2021-06-19

### *---- "cant even create an account"
when i try to sign up it keeps telling me my birthdate is empty when its not. i really dont even want this account but when i went to get gas today the scanner for the tag was gone and this was the only option so i guess i just cant get rewards anymore
-- LoveSpock, 2020-07-23

### *---- "Useless"
I’ve had this app a year and a half and employees in every store I go in tell me they know it doesn’t work in Indiana and will be getting it to work “soon.”

Speedway’s app works every time. Go there instead.
-- frustrated in Indiana 58, 2020-07-09

### *---- "Multiple cards"
Extremely difficult do use multiple cards with this app. In fact I’m not even sure you can. I have two cars. One personal and one business. Need a card for each.
-- dickdl, 2020-03-11

### **--- "Set up"
You cant set up your tag and discount card without being at the gas station. Makes it hard to set up. Not very user friendly.
