1. The time of registration - I gave them a time not exactly but approximate, they said it’s not correct please provide specific time . I want to ask why would I remember the date of the registration, I downloaded this game and played for fun, it’s not my birthday
2. Exact amount of money I spent in game - I spent and paid the money with different sources. And I still got an approximate amount but I must send the exact amount. I mean seriously why ?
3. Date and time of last login - i gave the date when I last logged in and they are asking me the exact time .. I mean seriously why would I remember everything

After you spend Thousands of USD , you can expect the investing at safe place of fun. But here you will not get safe. Dont spend ever on this in game packs. Its has worst worst customer service.
Not the game picture suggest
It is not a mathematical game as the picture suggests. Eventually you would be part of a server and alliance based war game. You need to spend a lot of money to be the whale of the server or a person who can control an alliance or a server. Be a part of big alliance otherwise you will be nowhere near in competitive zone. Moreover it never ends, season after season comes up..

Never join a server with Vietnamese players. They are the most racist. They always try to end every server.

This is not a game to have fun, it breeds lot of hatred, racism, death threats to people who just want to play peacefully. Customer support is a bot and they say they didn’t find any violation even on some life threat messages. Avoid this unless you are strong minded and have tons of money to spend on this game and stomp on your enemies.
