i don’t understand why my hero damage will auto reduce, i already contact customer service and show them the prove,but they just ignore me… until now haven’t go to be normal. i hope can fix the bug please.

Late joiners to the game may face difficulties due to strong existing player bases, limited access to rare in-game items, and a steep learning curve without adequate beginner-friendly resources. As late joiners, you have to keep spending just to catch up but would never be as big. In other words, the big account would form alliance and start going at all of you. This is good game not you decide.

PERFUNCTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
As described in title, their customer service is horrible; most of them are just sending the standard answers that are IRRELEVANT to your problem. Only a few of them are better trained and actually help to solve the problem or at least trying to help. Game is updated frequently trying to fix the problem and to optimize overall experience. HOWEVER, if the customer service representatives are always sending general and fixed answers, how to help the tech team in delivering new patches?! 6th July 2024
