Just renewed my subscription and paid for Premium but only can use it on my phone. 
LastPass accepted my money but I’m still registered as free user so can’t use it on my pc. 
And nowhere any support to be found. 
Second time this happens. 
Gonna get me another password manager cuz this is hopeless.

Il s’agissait d’une bonne application. Simple et efficace utilisée depuis des années. Cependant depuis quelques mois elle m’énerve. Les notifications push avec l’app Authenticator ne fonctionnent pas, lastpass « oublie » régulièrement mes appareils, il faut sans arrêt se reconnecter avec un mail de confirmation puisque les notifications ne marchent pas. « Ceci semble être votre première connexion » ?? Alors que je me connecte depuis des années. Ça bloque il faut faire plusieurs manipulations et démarches pour se reconnecter. 
L’interface est vieillotte surtout sur le site. Tout est devenu trop complexe par rapport à la concurrence. Bref je pense changer.

I’ve been using the app for years, not so much because I am happy with it, but because it is hard to migrate my passwords, and not sure the competition will suit me better. My main complaints are: 
1. they changed the logic so that the vault can only be accessed from registered devices, so forget accessing your passwords at a random terminal when your phone is dead/forgotten. (This was one of the features to start using their app many years ago.)
2. 2fa authentication with their app displays the button off screen on smaller devices, so it is complete unusable.

Last password is a good secure password tool. But it clearly lack correct data injection into many websites which forces the users too often to open the app manually copy the username and password then paste them into the fields. This is a 10 steps which is cumbersome in digital world.
