I use LastPass for a couple of years now, and its basically ok. But today I faced an issue with login. Second factor SMS does not come. And without login I can’t talk to support. So I am just being left with my own problem, and I am kinda paralyzed. I was promised by a robot to be connected with a person, but nobody reaches me.

I will switch to another service and I discourage anybody to use this one.

Absolutely horrible experience - I had paid personal account with a few hundred passwords, and another business account shared a password with me, and then they were ale to DELETE my password. 

There is no way to reinstate the account, which means that I lost my paid account with all those passwords.

Customer service experience was like banging my head against the wall. DON'T GET THIS APP

A few years ago I had to evaluate my online security habits and I got recommended this service to keep my passwords secure and help me with uniqueness.

I appreciate that I got notifications when possible breach, discount for VPN, simple generating passwords through addon in chrome. Just thank you, it means a lot that I do not have care that much and still have everything secured.
