I had such difficulty when I forgot my master password. I couldn’t get in at all. When I managed to get in on my old phone (with my Touch ID), there was absolutely no way to change my master password at all. So all my passwords were on the app and there was no way of getting to them. Was in touch with people from the app and even they couldn’t help me to do something as simple as change my master password. Seems ridiculous that I can’t change my own password

Lately I am having problems, face recognition is not enough, still wants me to enter a code which I cannot because my LastPass authentication app has not been set up, i ask for alternate sms code… not working but works to access website but not the app. I cannot access my app to set up a q r code…I am virtually locked out of my LastPass app….
