I had such difficulty when I forgot my master password. I couldn’t get in at all. When I managed to get in on my old phone (with my Touch ID), there was absolutely no way to change my master password at all. So all my passwords were on the app and there was no way of getting to them. Was in touch with people from the app and even they couldn’t help me to do something as simple as change my master password. Seems ridiculous that I can’t change my own password

Recently I tried to open LASTPASS on my mobile and got confusing messages about switching. 
I was not able to access my vault and appeared to be forced to switch device. 
I did not want to switch to my computer laptop and when I tried to open my vault on my laptop LAST PASS appeared not to recognise me. 
I did not want to switch devices but have used up my last switches. 
I view this as confusing and annoying.

The whole point in me using the app is that I can use between different device types. From March that won’t be possible so what’s the point?!
