Charged me $58.50 after subscription was ended
Lastpass charged me for one year subscription ($58.50) after I had received several emails from them confirming my subscription was ended. What makes it more terrible is that they managed to do this on a old empty bank account in a bank I don’t use anymore where it is high overcharge fees. I spent several months chatting with their customer support on twitter, but they are just toying with you, there is no way to get your money back. I have been paying for Lastpass family subscription for several years, and I thought they were a serious company. Unfortunately I must strongly advise that you stay away from this company.

I have a paid account that I cannot access. The only way to contact LastPass is to log in to your account. How bad is that?

Beware, this company cares zero about your security
I’m just going to tell you this: If you have lived under a rock during the last couple of months and you are still a LP user beware: They have got stolen the vaults of EVERY SINGLE user, private and corporate, every one. Be quick and change your passwords everywhere people. It is going to be just a run against time until the bad guys start cracking those vaults because the horrendous and rookie mistakes Lastpass has committed, not only taking care of the customers’ backup data, but with the way they encrypted the vaults of a huge number of users, where some ridiculously low PBKDF2 iterations were used to rehash their master passwords and some of the entries in their vaults were encrypted with completely outdated methods. Do yourself a favor and search for a competent company in who to trust, 2 or 3 very known actors are available a Google search away. Migrate your vault, change your passwords and delete the vault from Lastpass servers

Excellent app terrible support
I have been using this app for several years now, and have been very satisfied with the app. However, support has not developed in the right direction. A few months ago they disabled support via e-mail/contact schema for non-business users! Only support you get now is on phone through a Call Center in India.
