Twice in the last month I have been unable to access my account due to the app not recognizing the Master Password as correct. I have these recorded and stored in a safe so I know for certain that I am entering the correct password but constantly get an error saying that it is incorrect. On the first instance I was able to reset the password and recover my account. This second instance I am unable to do so as I keep getting an error message on both the app and browser. After the recent email regarding security issues I am presuming my account has been compromised which is exactly what this provider should be preventing. Absolutely ZERO help from customer service of course aside from a generic copy/paste email from the website
