Useless support
Since my accoun is not accesible from the web and i cant login, its impossible to get support. To get support you need to be logged in.. Really bad support

Does what it says and does it well
LastPass is so easy to use and just works as I want a password manager to work. It probably has a bunch of features I don’t use, I’m just happy it generates and stores my passwords for me.
Free version is limited
Very bad move to make it payed and trap the users

Good. Easy to use. Safe. However somtimes asks for code sent by e-mail so can lock you out if you have e-mail password stored in LastPass. Also asks every time now for multifactor by code, not only once per 30 days.

Password recovery not working on iPhone
After using bionics for unlocking the account I get a message that I need to set my master password. And a spinner. The spinner never goes away so there is NO WAY TO SET PASSWORD. Of course to get support, I must be logged in. So my account is basically gone. Amazing for a payed service.
Latest version 6.1.2 freezing / unresponsive
- App is unresponsive when started. - Passwords aren't being injected when used in Safari browser. - Search isn't working when app initiated from browser add-on - Freezing and unresponsive behavior Using the latest available version (6.1.2) on an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS version 17.0.1.
Used to be great
I used LastPass for over four years, during which I could reset my password if needed and recover data with biometrics without any issues. Recently, I lost my master password, and it felt like I was caught in a Catch-22 situation. To reset my password via email, I needed to set up and log in to their Chrome extension. However, this didn't work because I didn't have the login information. I also attempted to recover my account using Face ID on my phone, which initially seemed promising. However, it got stuck in an endless operation while trying to retrieve my account data. I waited for 30 minutes, but it never succeeded, and subsequent attempts yielded the same result. I reached out to support for assistance, but they informed me that I couldn't reset my password without the premium version (which I couldn't even upgrade to without logging in). Ultimately, I switched to Dashlane instead of LastPass, and it has been working well for me so far.
