I love using the app. Tried a few others and decided to stick to this one, One suggestion: pls allow to delete folders that are no longer needed.

Please think decorously before purchasing. It’ almost impossible to get right service and cancel your subscription
What went wrong
I downloaded the app, follow its instruction set up my account, (with a very picky and strict rule of password) Than...vala, I was not able to log in. I'm very positive that the password is correct, and I don't know what went wrong. and as I was not able to log in my account, I was not able to access the support. This is my first experience of such and odd situation. And I decoded I'll delete this app.

Wrongful charged subscription fee
Horrible custom service even if you already paid
Redeemed a Premium gift card but it didn’t extended my subscriptions. Swiped my card for another renew to get support. The customer service, responded on the first day. However the issue is still not resolved after two weeks.

Terrible
I have used LastPass for years, it worked well, but over the pass three months, I could not log in my account many times. I have changed my password three times, but the problem still kept bothering me. This really pisses me off.
Crash every time
Crash every time when I want to add new and generate password from keyboard link. After months, I didn’t see any fix on it.
