User friendly and very convenient

The Lyons app is very convenient and allows you to carry all of your information in the app. Highly recommend.

Profile update

The app continues have problem, we can’t update email address! 👎🏻

Can’t change app language

I have been using this app for a while and suddenly it has changed the language to Spanish and there is no way to change back to English. App now unusable.

Worst app ever

The app will only assign one seat to the two of us for our flights with LATAM. No matter what we do we can’t get two seats assigned to us. Either won’t assign any or just one. Causing us a lot of headaches. Worst airline app I’ve ever used.

Not very good

As with so many things that LATAM tries to do, the APP almost meets expectation but, alas, falls short leaving one with the disappointment of what could have been. It is the same when using the website, checking in, boarding or flying, everything is almost but not quite.

Does not respect the language set on the phone

LATAM is from Chile, why is the app not in Spanish even when my phone is

The App keeps crashing when trying to see baggage allowances.
