The add to calendar option isn’t working. It initially requested permission to access the calendar and, despite granting it permission, it didn’t continue with adding the trip details and doesn’t do anything when clicking on it despite restarting the app. Also, the app sometimes logs you out when you’re purchasing a ticket, making it very time consuming to buy through the app.

As with so many things that LATAM tries to do, the APP almost meets expectation but, alas, falls short leaving one with the disappointment of what could have been. It is the same when using the website, checking in, boarding or flying, everything is almost but not quite.

It has been the worst experience of our lives, at Sydney airport we stood in line for
8hrs they said we were going, then they said we were not going, then we went to board the plane and they told us we had no seats applied to us, 
I will tell you more when I get back home after talking to a solicitor, I can tell you, this is not right, by the way our suit cases are in South America and we are still here at Sydney airport.

### ***** "Reservation Code NAYLGR - Rebooked route due to website payment page error"
Arequipa to Lima, and also Cusco to Lima and ended up deciding on Cusco to Lima due to our schedule. 

When making the booking and processing the payment because we were on a different Sim card we couldn’t validate our payment details, and on returning to a new payment page, the website reverted back to the previous search, which was Arequipa to Lima. 

As a result of the issues, even though we had tried to pay for a Cusco to Lima flight, when the website switched back to confirming details again, it loaded the Arequipa flight, which we did not see because you do not see the route in the payment page.

Upon processing payment with a new credit card our boarding passes and ticket confirmation were delivered for an Arequipa to Lima flight. 

We called customer support and we’re assisted and yes we did have to pay a fee which was over US$100 but we were able to change the flight.

We feel it was a website issue but we were appreciative of the support.
