Already registered but doesn’t let me login

The app no longer loads on my iPhone. I have not upgraded to one of the newer plans and I have not been about to use the app for a month now. All I ever get is a message saying “error retrieving account data, try again later”. The error NEVER resolves.

Please please please fix the app crashing. I can’t seem to get through writing a single caption without the app crashing at least 3 times. And sometimes it saves the progress, sometimes it doesn’t. Definitely painful to use at the moment.

Can you please fix the fact that you can’t write a caption in the app.

Uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone SEVERAL times and it just says can’t load configuration data. No helpful resources when you try the app support. Never even got past that error, this app came highly recommended by a friend so I am disappointed.

Paying at least $200 a year or the upgraded plan almost $400. The interface from this app is old fashioned and not state of the art. That was the first and last year for me. Meta has this feature now natively integrated.

i feel like years ago this was a great app but now it’s nothing but another way to add stress to something that could be easy. it disconnects all the time the “best time to post” is a laughable fake joke. it constantly had issues and not posting which made me lose my trust in the app. i just tried to get a refund since i don’t even use this at all based on them trying to make something to make our lives easier and failing and was told they can’t because of the 30 days. what a waste of time and money for my company. don’t bother even buying this. i wish sprout social wasn’t so expensive because that is a great program

I’m so disappointed as initially I thought it was a win. I’d love to use this app bc the ease of planning content and ability to slide content around the grid is great. Unfortunately every 5 minutes I’m told the meta connection has expired and to reconnect which takes MANY tries and is often unsuccessful. I haven’t gotten to try auto post because I’m constantly disconnected so I can’t trust this app to actually post on schedule. If they can fix the glitches I’d happily purchase their Advanced plan but for now it’s just not a useable platform. :(

Lots of bugs on the mobile app. I couldn’t edit my caption because it kept freezing. Pushed that to the side and decided to use it on my laptop and I "scheduled my posts" for different dates and times only to come back and nothing was posted. They will have you "schedule it" but still have to go on your phone and post it by yourself. SO WHATS THE POINT IF SCHEDULING IT WHEN THE APP CANT ACTUALLY PUBLISH IT?? I could just make a social media calendar.
