Latitude App

App works well when I can get in but it often forgets my log in or gets stuck as if it is logging in and never does

I can’t even download this app anymore. It keeps asking for my password and then my debit card details. What is going on? Is this normal????

The app keeps crash after login, and the website is broken which I can’t see my statement. Please fix it.

After the new update my Application just continuously crashing. Not able to Open it. Version 2.15

We have been trying to reach out to upload bank statements online and it’s been taking forever. Page crashed more than 10 times and ask us to follow same process again and again. Terrible experience

When setting password a code is sent by SMS which is impossible to enter as there is a bug that stops you doing so Just wanted to give you an update on the issue I was having with entering the code sent by text during setup. I'm happy to let you know that I've found that by simply copying and pasting the code worked perfectly! Everything is up and running smoothly now. As for the app itself, it seems to be doing exactly what I need it to do, and it's working pretty well.

Disappointed you’ve closed your online banking and now the only way I can access it is through the mobile app. I will be closing my account as soon as it’s paid

I think it’s time for an update to make the app work 🤦‍♀️😔
