While it was sometimes a bit tricky to keep up the momentum, there is zero question about the effectiveness of the plan on my climbing. It helped me break through the plateau I was stuck at, and I was even able to grab my first 7A.. Most importantly it got me to (finally) add some structure to my gym visits, and forced me to puzzle a training routine into everyday life. Lattice is leading the game on assessments and data-based training for climbing. I’ve worked with Oli Grounsell for about 3 years now and seen good gains (and less injury). It’s great to work with an experienced and super knowledgeable coach who also walks the talk. Lattice is great for the self-motivated climber looking to train up their weaknesses and have more structure for climbing improvement.
