Mit dem Cleanet App können Sie Ihr Laufen Cleanet Dusch-WC bequem per Mobiltelefon bedienen. Zusätzlich zu allen Dusch- und Wartungsfunktionen (z. B. Entkalkung und Düsenwechsel) können Sie Ihr Dusch-WC zwecks Garantieverlängerung registrieren, Verbrauchsmaterial bestellen, in Kontakt mit unserem Kundendienst treten oder die Grundeinstellungen (z. B. Wasserhärte, Wassertemperatur, Ernergiesparmodus, Sprache, etc.) ändern. Darüber hinaus können Sie Ihr persönliches Benutzerprofil speichern und verwalten und erhalten Zugriff zu Sonderfunktionen wie der Gerätespülung.

App catastrophique sur le plan technique et ergonomique. N’est même pas capable de renommer des appareils identifiés par un numéro de 20 positions rendant la connexion difficile si vous disposez de plus d’un WC. Et la connexion se fait à chaque lancement. Tout ça pour essayer de gérer un produit lui-même catastrophique et hors de prix.

Es funktioniert so gut wie gar nichts. Die Anmeldung bei der Firma habe ich nun über E-Mail ab dem iMac gemacht (der Service dort war gut).

Die Toilette Navia ist super, jedoch diese App ist sehr mangelhaft.
Geht eine Ewigkeit und das WC muss jedesmal neu ausgewählt werden.
Gut, dass die Grundeinstellung nicht oft geändert werden muss.

Schon bei der Anmeldung können die Daten nicht übermittelt werden. Man solle es später nochmals probieren. Die Lust sinkt mit jedem weitern vergeblichen Versuch (viele Felder!). Ohne Registrierung auch keine erweiterten Bedienungsmöglichkeiten.
Kundenservice am Telefon sehr hilfsbereit.

Funktioniert zwar, die Grundeinstellung zur Dauer der Gesässdusche fehlt aber beim Navia... :(. Nachreichen, dann gibts 5 Sterne.
