Super affordable and my clothes are shining like new !! I have used several laundry services but none have compared to the level of service I received form Laundry Box . It’s a top rated laundry service in Dubai for a reason 🙌

Do not use LaundryBox. After using them religiously for a year, they lost a very valuable suit of ours, and de-prioritized finding it for us. 4 days since the investigation has been launched, the problem seems unimportant to the team at LaundryBox. They had one job which was to pick up our item, and return it to us safely, and they’re not capable of doing so

Used this company for many years - recently I gave them a merino wool jumper to wash. Instead of letting me know that the jumper was ruined, they returned an item which was 5 times as thick and half the size. Once I told them they apologized and collected the item again to 'fix' it. The item was once again returned to me in the same exact condition. When I confronted them, they told me that they did nothing wrong and as a gesture of politeness they were willing to reimburse me the wash which permanently ruined the jumper - incredible. I will never use this company again. Not because of item they have ruined, but because of how they managed the situation. Stay away.

What a shame. This app used to work perfectly and now I can’t even do couple of clicks without getting “request timed out” or “connect lost” —> deleted

I’ve used the LaundryBox 2 times and seems like that is going to be it. 1st time was perfect, second time - they just lost my pillows. I left my pillows to be cleaned up, the order was ready the next day. I got the invoice, I paid it, everything was fine. Then I got an email and a message that my order was ready and it was in the locker. Perfect. But when I opened the locker, nothing was there and my order switched its status to “executed”, so it was now unavailable to me. I was trying to write them in their app - the system would give me an error to any message I tried to send them. The next day I tried calling them, and I got through only the 4th time I called. They assured me that a delivery guy would come with my pillows and leave them at my door. Nobody came. I tried calling them the next day, they promised me the delivery guy would drop the pillows in the locker the same day. However, when I tried to open the locker I couldn’t do it, as they wouldn’t reopen my order and without it I couldn’t open the locker. So, all in all, it was the second time I used their services and it was a complete mess. Not sure if I ever use their services again, not sure if I ever get my pillows back, and I would definitely recommend to think twice before using their services.

The company service is Five Stars! The application should be negative stars rated, due to security concerns. Try to rest the password and you will receive the password by email, and not a link to reset the password. The password must be stored in an encrypted database and unreadable to humans, plus emails are not secure and passwords can be tracked! Credit card data is stored in the app, which makes it easier for hackers to steal the data, or at least use the service!

I find the App very easy use. Easy to place an order and the couriers are on time.

Mybox laundry (or Laundrybox as we used to call it for many years) has been purchased by Diva Laundry. Since then, the quality of their cleaning went down the drain while their prices stayed at Laundrybox prices. The clothes smell badly and their phone staff is not customer friendly or oriented. We miss Laundrybox and their super Team.

After chasing the return of my daughters christening hat and booties which they lost and insisted where returned to me, I eventually got them back. The hat now looks like it was trampled on by elephants. They didn’t even bother to call me back to see what a mess they made of it. Definitely not the service it use to be!
