The live chat isn’t too bad but agents will refuse to read previous messages and end up repeatedly asking for the same information over and over. A bit annoying that previous chats can’t be accessed. The app is under maintenance for sometimes days at a time. Especially on the desktop version. If you try logging in on a different device it stops remembering the devices you already passed 2 step verification on, forcing you to stick with only one device. Some serious work is needed, which does not make sense since the actual KeyBank app works wonderfully and it’s designed by the same software engineers. -- isaac meraz, 2025-09-24 ### *---- "App doesn’t work half the time" I am new to Laurel Road and the app is trash. The app itself is a bit glitchy; it forces you to shut down the app and reopen it quite often to make it work right. If able, after a while, a yellow screen with warning sign and exit button shows up. Exit button does nothing; you’re literally stuck with the app at that point. Tried closing app, deleting app and then reinstalling; even tried resetting my iPad - all without success. Hope someone fixes this soon, as I’d much rather use the app than sign in and use online.
