The duvet has completely shrunk after the wash and is no longer fluffy the way it was before. This is not supposed to happen after dry cleaning. Highly disappointed. -- Shreya*, 2022-01-10 ### *---- "Worst customer care service Infact NO customer care exists" I had given my my shoes for cleaning under invoice 202111-5616. The service staff seems to have washed my nike leather sneaker with water and then dried it out in sun resulting in cracks all over the surface. On complaining about this on the provided phone number the staff is trying to brush it under the carpet. I request for a email address where I can document this issue but I was not provided the same by Imran at Lavado. I have been desperately trying to reach customer service but their seems to be none. Hence, I am writing here to help being addressed. Please reach out to me at the Contact details as per invoice quoted to resolve. -- radhidisha, 2021-11-29 ### ***** "Best laundry app" The app is super user friendly. Doing laundry is one chore I hate so Lavado has made it really simple for me & my family. The new born clothes I gave were taken care so gently & had an amazing smell. I would definitely recommend this app to all my friends. -- komaljain09, 2021-05-28 ### ***** "Amazing" Amazing app. Amazing service.
