## Laverie Reviews in Egypt

### *---- "Getting worse every day"
I’ve used their service for 2 years. Good thing is they don’t lose items but cleaning, timing are getting worse every day.
-- Eslam essam, 2026-08-23

-- Ashraf said za, 2025-11-18

### *---- "Worst experience ever"
They took my clothes and returned them without even washing — and with a terrible smell. On top of that, the service is very expensive. I contacted customer service, but they didn’t send the courier back and never responded. Totally unprofessional and not worth the money.
-- Aalaa fahmy, 2025-09-08

### *---- "Started good then not.."
Way over priced. They lost one of my items. They charged me for blouses @20LE each while they were chemises @16LE. They do not follow delivery timing set on the app. The only good thing is the packaging & the prompt communication via whatsapp regardless they solved nothing of my issues regarding my lost item or wrong pricing so will not deal with them again.
-- dee-egy, 2025-08-04

### *---- "Scam service"

-- Pero wadee, 2025-02-13

### **--- "Quality control"
Many times they price my items with wrong ones
For example a chemise they price it as a blazer
And so on.
They return items back without confirming with me if it is okay to proceed with washing or ironing then or not
Couriers can get rude when i try to contact the customer service for these mistakes
Couriers say they wont wait and i tell them that i wont pay for something wrong o habe to deal with the issue or their mistake before paying wrong amount
-- HHIIZ, 2024-11-05

### ***-- "App"
The application is not working properly. I tired to sign in with phone which is corrrct but it says wrong phone number format. I tried several times with or without the international code. But still not working.
-- Hesham y, 2024-09-12
