## Layne's Chicken Fingers Description
Back in 1994, when people still used fax machines and the term “mullet” was popularized, Mike Layne opened the doors of our original location. The next year, a college student named Mike Garratt came by for lunch and, on his way inside, stopped to clean up the flowerbeds. Mike Layne noticed the gesture and thought Mike Garratt would make a good landscaper, but an even better addition to his Chicken Finger team. The two worked side by side, and as the restaurant’s following grew, Mike Garratt graduated from Texas A&M and became sole owner of Layne’s.

At some point along the way, Astro Chicken was brought on as spiritual guide and all-around baller. But his importance to the organization could not be denied, and in 2021 Astro Chicken was promoted to CFO – Chief Finger Officer.

Today, with a little help from some of Mike’s friends, we’re bringing Layne’s Soon to be Famous™ Chicken Fingers to everyone who craves excitement with a side of secret sauce.

## Layne's Chicken Fingers Reviews in United States

### *---- "Where’s my points…."
I’ve made several orders using the Layne’s app but I haven’t earned a single point. So, I don’t care how much my wife loves your chicken I’m not giving this app anymore stars until I start earning some points. This app is LAYME!!!
-- Skinlab13, 2024-10-30

### *---- "Useless"
Doesn't let you order food
-- Joe Gagliardi, 2024-08-11

### *---- "Really just DoorDash, defective app"
The app actually links to door dash… meaning all items are about 30% more expensive than if you ordered in the store, even if you pick it up form the store. The app is really just a defective version of DoorDash for only Laynes. Good chicken, defective and misleading app.
-- E. Norma Schtitz, 2024-04-12

### **--- "Food great appsuks"
The food is absolutely delicious, great, worth waiting in long line for. The app is everything opposite of what i just said app is absolutely atrocious, disappointing, worth the wait if it was to hang myself (ok probably too much) but you get the point, most of people today order ahead from app because of rewards and so its not wrong this app will hurt their business if not fixed because like me people will go elsewhere im at restaurant 2 doors down just because the app will not work
-- Davidp903, 2024-03-23

### ***** "The best Chicken Fingers in town"
My family and I love this place. I recommend it a lot.
-- Vivi_33!, 2023-12-15

### *---- "Horrible service, why use the app?"
There’s really no point in using the app when they NEVER have online orders ready. Me and my co workers have waited over 40 minutes to get our orders and one was wrong. What’s the point of having an app or the ability to place online orders if they’re too busy to fulfill the restaurant orders too??

Employees at the Pittsburgh Forbes locations are rude and appear miserable too. They refused to refund when someone else picked up our order. Absolutely no customers service satisfaction whatsoever.
-- Dfine891230, 2023-09-25

### *---- "Free Three Finger Meal"
Sign at Roanoke store said if I download app, I would get a free Three Finger Meal. I downloaded it and just got 100 points, not a Three Finger Meal.
-- PhGeeman, 2023-09-12

### **--- "Needs Work"
The app asks me to verify my number, but it never lets me. I like to think that if I like the food so much and want to return often, I should sign up for an account. Sadly, I can’t become a member if nothing’s working.
-- makeitsweet53128, 2023-09-09

### ***** "Hospitality"
The Lanes workers at Katy were so nice. They have great customer service and they make their food fast. 10/10 would recommend
-- Saleh Hafeez, 2023-08-29

### *---- "Meh…."
There a a bunch of bugs In this app
Constant crashing trying to get to the menu.
Ordering online as a signed In customer doesn’t work
They need to fix this ASAP
