Bad Return Experience
Been using Lazada platform since Covid and all is well back then. But after Covid, customer service has been getting from bad to worse. It definitely does not protect consumers and is unfair when it comes to return decision. Making return a defective product a nightmare。If I were to get item at the retail store, it’s definitely much easier as I can clearly show the defect. Shopping at Lazada is great until you receive a defective item then everything goes downhill. Anyway after this experience, I’m gonna delete this app. And do not recommend people buying from Lazada. The nightmare is not worth it and most of the time you can’t check the quality of what’s being delivered to you.
Long Term User Review
It’s an excellent platform for buying branded goods at discount prices (usually fluctuating). So, a good way to buy cheap when you know what you need. I also experienced sadness that Lazada did little to resolve unfair issues/treatment with seller on platform (Logitech SG in my case) and just asked to settle with seller outside platform. Tricky to trust again with pricier items! Sorry.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Ordered 2 items and only 1 delivered. Mind you it’s a huge box and only 1 was delivered. Seller insist items were delivered and platform refused to intervene and refund. Useless platform and encouraging scammers.
Not good for iPad
It does not rotate to landscape for iPad, unlike Taobao.
Flash voucher is fake
