มีนโยบายที่ไม่เป็นธรรมแก่ผู้ขาย
ใครขายของกับ LZD โปรดคิดดีๆ ก่อน นโยบายการคืนสินค้าไม่เป็นธรรมแก่ร้านค้าเป็นอย่างมาก ทำให้ร้านค้าขาดทุน เช่น ลูกค้าขอคืนสินค้าโดยที่ไม่ขอให้ลูกค้าแสดงหลักฐานอะไร เป็นแค่ข้อความที่ลูกค้าพิมพ์ก็จะยึดตามนั้น บางทีก็ตัดสินให้สินค้าของเราฟรีกับลูกค้าไปเลยโดยที่ร้านค้าไม่ได้เงิน ทำให้เกิดช่องทางให้มิจฉาชีพโกงร้านค้าได้
