חייב לפרגן לשירות לקוחות המדהים. הזמנתי מגרש באפליקציה כאשר בפועל הוא היה סגור עקב אילוצים מבלי שהבעלים עידכן ומיד בבוקר למחרת התקשרו אלי ונתנו מענה הולם. תודה רבה שיש תמיד למי לפנות!

I was forced to use this app in order to book a court.
This app is by far the most unintuitive.
The UI is broken, it's not clear whether the submission happened and whether you will be charged or not. 
They've got a long way to make it user friendly
