LAZY公司的除甲醛服務真是太棒了！他們的團隊專業且細心，幫助我淨化了室內空氣，現在呼吸起來更清新了，非常滿意他們的服務。

I hired two helpers for cleaning my new flat before moving in. The two staffs were very unprofessional in home care. I have to clean again after they left. With paying such high cost with unsatisfied service, I tried to contact their customer service for a week while no one answered my enquiry. Never try again. Please think twice before u make order in this company.

準時，很有禮貌，態度很好，服務認真，非常用心幫忙清潔，細微位置也能開顧，遇見頑固污漬，也表現專業，豪不怨言，不斷想法子。      ‍

第一次用時，再三跟客戶服務確認都可以失約，客戶服找了半小時以上才找到。 家務助理5星但很懶散跟清潔不乾淨，客戶服永遠需環找時也找不到！！ worst experience ever.

已用此app book鐘點姐姐數月，嘗試過呢個平台4位姐姐，大部分都係第一次就落力做，亦有一位第一次就遲到一小時兼做到天一半地一半！所有姐姐喺做到第四五之後就會遲到早退改時間，遲到一個小時以上係平常事，大概每三次就會有一次係咁！衣櫃衣服亂放，男女裝混在一起隨意放，而且經常扮有燙衫，每件衫只是上面掃平了皺摺，想著時打件衫先發現皺過住菜咁，唔知好嬲定好笑。

After their cleaning the toilet is broken. The kitchen utensil is covered with detergent and I has to wash again.

Very inconsistent quality of cleaners, some are wholly untrained (eg doenst know how to iron, uses a sponge to try to clean a surface?) and most do not speak any english. They are charging high prices for a basic service and can’t even deliver! Many better options out there.
