We just got a new Grand Design Imagine 23LDE and this is the app they use to control their slide, awning, lights and to view tank levels (if you choose to use an app instead of just using the control panel). I actually deleted the app after reading the horrible reviews before even trying it! Then we bought a Tire Linc system because our camper was prewired for one. Once I realized it used the same app I deleted I decided to give it a try! We are 100% satisfied with this app!! I have had no trouble with it staying connected (I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max in case that matters). I saw someone commenting about it disabling features when you’re driving. Their review worried me because how are we supposed to monitor our tires if it disables “some” features while moving!? What it disables are features like the slide and awning. Makes sense to me!! Lol. I love the added options of lists that are in the app. They have several and you can also create your own and edit existing ones. Some are lists for set-up, tear-down and winterizing.

Spent a lot of money on a new RV. Came with a back up camera that you connect with WI-FI to your phone however the signal is so poor that the connection doesn’t even make it 50ft before disconnecting. I sent an email been waiting for 3 weeks for a response but nothing. Camper is only 24ft long.

After trying to connect my brand new RV to use the back up camera for about an hour, it finally worked. Then shortly after the app keeps crashing when pushing the camera button. Til this day the app continues to crash!

Of course this company wallets all your data and wants to monitor your location 24 hours a day every day, for what purposes? Spying on you. Selling your info to add agencies so you get more spam. If you don’t enable location services the app doesn’t work. The companies pathetic excuse of they need that to find the services which is a lie for I have other apps that I use with my RV that don’t need location services. Lippert the spyware company whose app Durant work half the time. Pathetic

This product works when it works. It drops Bluetooth consistently and then won’t connect again. After forgetting the device and deleting the app and reloading it still have issues connecting it take about 7-8 tries to finally get it connected and then it drops off again in a month.

Takes so long to use after unhooking the RV I no longer use the app. I’ll be leaving the campground when the app finally works

After the latest app update, my iPhone 15 pro with iOS 17.5.1 can no longer connect to the controller through the one control app V5.7.5. It can find the Bluetooth signal but just cannot finish the connecting process. It was previously working fine ( a month or so ago)

I was excited to get this app then I read the reviews. No way will I waste my time on it after ready horrible review after horrible review. What a letdown.

Update again, (May 2024) now on ios 17 one control version 3.941 still going strong. Works fine on iPhone 12. I had a copy of older version before updating, I don’t know WHY they refuse to put the older version back that works until they get one that does and verify with testing. Version 3.941 is the last version that works correctly. They should go back and see the code and start from there with testing. I have it on an iPad and 3 different iPhones and it work through WiFi fine. 2019 Momentum.

The One Control App had worked since purchasing our trailer in 2019. I had heard of issues with the latest app but didn’t know first hand until we took our first trip this year. I have had to delete the app and reinstall to connect to the trailer. It would work once than disconnect. Delete and reinstall to reconnect. Now I can’t get it to connect. I tried entering the information manually, taking a picture of the QT code, looking for the RV in the search feature but nothing. Status on the screen says all devices are connected except the IOS. So I guess something I had used for years will not be working until someone figures out how to code for Apple IOS.
