Can’t be restored 😤😤

Can’t be used recently, I purchased this app in 2014. Please help solve this problem

Why it cannot use

Cannot display after search

I have updated the latest version on my iPhone 13 Pro Max with latest iOS version, however, the app cannot display the search result with blank page.

Disappointed!!!!

I purchased this app in 2006, however recently after restoring the app which need me repurchase , contacted the support desk few times and they can not resolve the problem just give me the same useless reply! Pls. think twice for who would like to purchase this app!!

Can not use

The app is unable to use in iOS 17.2.

Cannot restore

I purchased LDOCE 6 app but I cannot restore this app ( LDOCE in app).

突然不能正常使用了

不知道为何，今天突然不能正常使用，完全看不到解释页面

No one replied my emails and expansions can’t be downloaded

I bought the example sentences and activator thesaurus expansions out of curiosity. I wrote to Apple and asked for refund because the expansions just cannot be downloaded even I have tried a dozen times. I wrote 3 emails to support but so far still zero response from them!! Is it a scam!? So disappointed 🤯

Cannot restore Activator in LDOCE

I purchased LDOCE app with addition activator in my old ipad, but only LDOCE can be restored but not for Activator. No Activator icon shown in the LDOCE app as before yet I found it has been fully downloaded in setting (content). Pls help
