I bought a Plus version, and now it’s not available. Have I to buy LDOCE Dictionary twice?

LDOCE stops working after update IOS 17.2.1

Hi, I have used your LDOCE for many year and loved it. This app was great and helpful. But today I am disappointed after updating IOS 17.2.1 that made this app completely stops working. I am not able to search any word from LDOCE. I have reported this problem ten days ago but no reply or instruct the way how to fix the problem. Jan 27, 2023. John

My app hasn’t been working for a week

Cant use the app anymore

I wrote an email to seek support, however no one have replied my email yet. Recently when searching new word in the app, the screen show nothing, it’s blank all the time. What happened and how can I keep using the dictionary? My device: ip 12, iOS 17.2.1 LDOCE plus v.14.1
