Open app and still freeze with the opening logo screen
I open the app and it stuck on the first logo screen with downloading still for more than an hour and it still won't work.

This is a series of vibrantly-colored storybooks that will help make the stories of these sacred scriptures come alive in a way that will engage your children as they become familiar with the characters and lessons. The series begins with “Who is Nephi?,” an adapted first-person account of Nephi’s experiences as his family leaves his home in Jerusalem, and then returns with his brothers on the Lord’s errand to retrieve the plates from a wicked man named Laban. Your children will watch and listen as Nephi cheerfully obeys the Lords commandments, and learns the importance diligence and faith as he puts his trust in God.
The second book "The Tree of Life" is an adapted first-person account of Lehi telling his family about his vision. The story is as close as possible to 1 Nephi 8 while still readable and understandable by children. In this book we follow Lehi through his whole story and and with what it meant for his family. Although this is not the most exciting story we hope the illustrations and interactions will keep kids engaged and learning.
Our Third Book "The Promised Land" is our best book yet! Now you can tap on people in the story and get additional dialog. This book has multiple voices to add to the value of the book. More pages, more words, more voices, more interactions. Well worth the price.
Note: Please keep in mind that the illustrations and development for this project is very expensive. You will notice that the quality of illustration is far beyond that of anything available in the the LDS market. The price we set for these books is to help us be able to add more content your children can enjoy. Please consider this when writing reviews and considering purchase.

Needs an update
We’ve tried current devices and old ones, current firmware and older. This app never gets past the loading screen.
Uninstalled
Please fix the glitch so I can use it. It will not open. It keeps saying downloading, but nothing is ever downloaded. Uninstalled until glitch is fixed.
Downloading problems
Downloaded the app but it will not open past the downloading screen. I’ve seen this app in the past and it’s a great learning tool for young children.
Stuck on downloading screen
I wanted to like this app, but like many others have stated, it doesn’t actually launch past the “downloading” screen…
No longer works
This app no longer works on IPhones.
Doesn’t work
Can’t get app to open it stays on the download screen and never changes. Hasn’t worked any of the times I have downloaded and uninstalled to try and fix it.
Don’t buy! App won’t open
The app is stuck in download. The App developer website doesn’t exist anymore.

Can’t get past the downloading screen
Would possibly be a great tool for gospel learning for our kids if it would ever open past the downloading screen. No matter how long I leave the app open it never actually opens. It only ever says “downloading.” Very frustrating.
