Charlee has been my fitness hero since the pandemic started — I’ve never been stronger
So grateful for Char char (as we call her in my house) — charlee guides through very safe and foundational exercises. She makes weights approachable for those who are just starting out (I’d always just been a runner/cyclist) — she’s got an awesome mix of mobility exercises too (I’ll always feel like I’ve got a new set of hips after working out with her!!)
Best training app
Great app to train and stay motivated. A lot of options depending on what you want to work on. Calendar, challenges, forms video, great explanations of the different exercise. I love everything about LeSweat.
Amazing app for prenatal and everyone!
I joined le sweat before I was pregnant and loved the variety of workouts on the app as well as the twice monthly live classes. When I found out i was pregnant, i knew i wanted to continue working out for as long as possible. I didnt realize how this would impact my delivery and recovery. Once I hit the second trimester, I started following the workouts that Charlee added to the pregnancy section on the app. She has it divided by trimester, which made it very easy to follow and i felt very comfortable doing these workouts due to her various certificates and education in fitness. I was able to workout with the app up until a week before I delivered. All the exercises leading up to the delivery helped tremendously - from core strength, breathing techniques and even arms! I will forever grateful for workouts that helped with my amazing birth experience!
Not only is the app amazing, but the community that Charlee has built with people from all over the world is great! On the facebook group we are continuously cheering each other on and acknowledging each others fitness achievements! Charlee is always quick to respond to any questions and is always wanting to incorporate requests from members! She has a great sense on humour and has the best fitness cues in the business! This is the longest stretch of working out without any type of injury and i truly thank Charlee and this app for that! I would recommend this app to anyone, of all fitness levels! I have cancelled my gym membership and have no intensions of ever going back!

I started using le sweat app at the start of the pandemic and have not looked back! Charlee is a fabulous instructor and there are tons of programs and sessions to choose from. If you are looking to build strength and mobility and/or enhance your cardio function this is THE ONLY app to choose!

AMAZING
Wow this app is AMAZING!! Some of the best money I’ve spent. I’ve been going through and doing her posted workouts and no matter how long they are I am ALWAYS sweating without a doubt. They’re long enough that I feel they’re working but also they’re short enough to fit into a busy schedule! I work in a hospital and can still find time to fit in one of her workouts before a shift during these crazy pandemic times. Oh and I’m also doing the Ab challenge and it is, unsurprisingly, amazing too. Charlee is so motivated and such a great trainer. Very good at helping you push through those last few reps. There’s never any pressure to keep up with her or go fast, and she is always encouraging throughout the workout. Can’t say enough good things about this 😍😍😍 thank you Charlee!!!
My favourite way to work out!
I have been using this app for over a year now and I love! Charlee is a GREAT coach and she is constantly adding new content and creating new programs. There’s a wide variety of workouts available and even some guest coachs!

Charlee is the best!
I found Charlee on Instagram during the start of the pandemic, like many others who had to start working out at home for the first time due to gym closures.
Months later, nothing else has ever made me feel as strong or as good as training with Le Sweat. I’ve learned so much about effectively warming up/mobilizing, finally strengthened my core, and had a legit great time working out with Charlee in my tiny living room (she is so funny and cool and makes the workouts go by super quick). Charlee really cares about making sure you are working out smart and safe, unlike so many of the fad trainers/programs out there and provides great cues and knows how to motivate you.
Bonus: My other workouts (lifting at the gym and running) feel wayyyyy better now that I’ve trained my body in a functional way.
If you’re on the fence about trying Le Sweat, just go for it! You will not regret it!
