I’m regularly getting entire areas where the wholesale value is just 0. I would agree with this if it was business owned, not distressed and recently bought but that’s simply not the case. Most of the properties I’m noticing this on are individually owned, highly distressed and have been owned for years. Do not be discouraged. Market to the 0s and ignore the sellability scores. Clearly something is wrong information wise on their end. Never know which one of those so called 0s is a hot lead and clearly they don’t either. Hope to see this fixed.
