Since I’ve reached my 40’s I am finding it challenging to stay in shape. I began completing the YouTube videos to see if I liked the workouts with Lilly. They are so effective. I am able to work my lower abs which I have found difficult before, I joined the 60 day summer challenge and I did the first two weeks everyday! I feel stronger and I can see a change in my body from my legs to my abs to my arms. I am starting week 3 today and decided to do it 4x a week bc I need to allow myself recovery time. I recommend Lean with Lilly to anyone looking to feel good and get in shape!
I have been using the lean app for 2 1/2 years now and I just love Lilly. For a brief moment I tried the better me ap and it was so awful I cancelled immediately. It is shocking to see how many apps are now using AI instead of real people. Lilly is so real and relatable and her workouts are phenomenal. The app still has glitches but I kinda overlook them because I love the workouts so much!
Great for any level. Used it for 75 hard, great app and great coaches. Vibes are high.
All workouts are easy to follow and there are so many options. Minimal to no equipment is needed. The instructors are encouraging and also show modified versions of the exercises. The app also has food and habit tracking which can be beneficial for users who do not know where to start with healthier eating or good habits in general. 10/10 would recommend.
I always feel my best when I work out with Lilly or her amazing team. There’s always the work out I need when I want it. All types of workouts that genuinely work and make me feel amazing.
I love being able to use this on my phone or desktop. I’ve always taken small class work outs and after years and years this is the second instructor(s) I come across where I do see results in my body, specially my butt and waist abs. I feel muscles I had not felt before. If I don’t know certain workouts they explain how to do them to the detail. I’ve especially noticed a difference on my butt, butt muscles is an area I’ve always struggled with. They also provide recipes you can follow or get an idea of the things you can eat which is nice. This app is a game changer and I recommend to all.
Will not rave about this app enough. I’ve been with Lilly since 2020 and love every stage of this amazing team. Thank you for changing my approach, mindset, and outlook on fitness and truly being constants in my life over the last 4 years. Thank you so much!!!
I have been exercising all my life. I had been using another app for many years with great success but was getting bored and wanted to challenge myself. I had been following Lily on Instagram and decided to give her app a try. I love it! I love the challenging moves, love the variety of trainers and love the positive energy and attitudes of all of them. I love Lean Method challenges. I am not a fan of the boxing or muay Thai but more because at 54 and starting menapause I have no coordination. Just started the new challenge Pilates Summer Sculpt and love it. Love pushing myself. I may not be able to do to the extent of the trainers but each day I try to push myself further.
I want to start this by saying I absolutely love Lilly’s workouts. I love how I don’t have to think about the type of workout I’m doing and I can enroll in a full workout program that gives me real results. However, I work in software and the user experience of the app could be improved. When I open the app it always urges me to sign up or re-enroll even though I have an account and am enrolled. I think an excellent addition would be a page that logs all of your workouts so you can track what you have completed and when and even see which videos you liked the most. That way you can track how consistent you’ve been and go back to your favorite videos. When you complete a video, I don’t want the only option to be sweat and fiyah rating, I want to rate what I thought of it and be able to go back and see which videos I like the most. I also would never share a picture of my workout on Instagram so I want the option to just take a pic for my own feed like other apps like Strava do. I also would like the ability to skip a day instead of having to mark it as complete to do the next one. For example, sometimes I may not want to do arms one day and do legs that day instead. I want to be able to see all the workouts for that week and be able to pick what I want to focus on.
