## Leaone Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Take with a large punch of salt"
Agree some of the measurements are ludicrous. Apparently I’m at the top end of overweight with a healthy BMI of 24.6 🙄
I find it useful overall but if you have (MH) issues around weight this may well do more harm than good.
-- Atol23, 2025-02-25

### **--- "Date and weight display"
The date is not for UK ie 08/05/2024 displays as 05/08/2024 which is very frustrating

The weight also displays in pounds (LB) now but it used to show stone and pounds together which was great but this has changed recently which again is very frustrating

ie 10st 4lb shows as 144lb so I’m having to google the weight on a conversion chart

Please can you correct these issues

Thanks ☺️

### *---- "Won’t let me log in"
Same issue as everyone else. Won’t let me log in
-- Stonestonestone638, 2024-05-17

### *---- "Rubbish app"
The app keeps logging me out despite having saved password on my phone and now won’t let me reset password at all so the scales are useless . Don’t waste your money on them
-- Jenno46433577, 2024-05-09

### *---- "App not working"
Can't sign in, have reset password and just get an error code.

App was great until this so hopefully they fix it.
-- Quinnyboybbc2k12, 2024-05-05

### *---- "Login"
I’ve tried logging in multiple times, changed the password and it’s still stating there’s an error. I checked for an update on the app but nothing.
-- Clothes-peg, 2024-05-05

### *---- "Bad app"
I have reset my password so many times and won’t let me sign in.
Also not giving verification codes either!
-- Becky boo2, 2024-05-02

### *---- "App not connected"
I have bought this scale and really love it and all data has been saved in this app for more than a year. I have stopped due some injuries and when I just tried to use it seems like the app has some issues I don’t know if they are going to fix it but you have 1 Start as I can’t use it anymore to achieve my goals
-- Einar Perdomo, 2024-04-30

### *---- "Can’t even login now"
Haven’t been able to log in for ages, changed password countless times, I wonder if this app is just null and void now which is frustrating as I need it to use my scales.
-- Madsaxmcginn, 2024-04-25

### *---- "Stopped working"
It stopped working and does not log in anymore
-- Mat222222io, 2024-04-10
