Update
Constantly get kicked off and have to pair with the camera again by scanning the code on the screen. This obviously doesn’t work if I am not at home so I am just out of luck until I get back. Camera and everything works great, app sucks. Update: I have signed in with the same account as my wife and haven’t had an issue. Thanks for reaching out and helping with the problem.

Update
Since last update one of two cameras no longer records any events. Also closest camera to monitor and router keeps dropping connection. Not very impressive quality for a baby monitor. You know to monitor my baby to make sure she doesn’t die. Try not to be a useless company eh.

After downloading the most recent update it no longer detects movement or sound or records events…. Need to be able to be notified that’s the whole point of having a camera

Avoir payer un prix de fou il y a moins d’un ans vos moniteurs et ne fonctionne plus n'y sur la connections cellulaire ni sur le petit moniteur inclus avec. Régler le bug sa dit juste hors ligne mais tout est allumer et connecter proche du routeur internet on a tout essayer quoi faire???? J'ai un nouveau né crime! Pas fiable pentoute

Very Poor App
The app is the absolute worst. You can’t refresh your cameras and they’ve taken away the ability to mute your phone while the app is running. That’s enough for me to delete this entire god awful app and return the entire system. Congratulations Leap Frog, you’ve lost a customer (and clearly a few more) due to your garbage app.
Fix your **** app!
I am writing this independent from the baby monitor itself, which is fantastic. The app; however, leaves a lot to be desired. Takes an eternity to load when opened to check a motion alert, I often have to use a prompt hack to get it to load at all. It is CONSTANTLY un-pairing from the video monitor for seemingly no reason. On top of that it just isn’t that intuitive or functionally designed. Whatever garbage code was written - perhaps with security in mind - needs to be revisited in order to make it useable. By the time the app loads your baby could be dead for all you know 🙄
Doesnt work
The app never loads automatically and it takes forever to load. It said camera is offline although i was looking at the monitor and it was working so i was never able to reconnect… keeps saying camera offline!!!
Very frustrating
Not Awful, Not Great
Been using the app multiple times a day for almost a year. It works enough to get by. Only issues I’ve had have been:
a) Does not automatically load the camera, which requires you to force-close the app and reopen it. This has only started happening after the most recent update.
b) Twice now, I’ve been automatically signed out and unable to sign in for as long as 24 hours. The issue has always fixed itself.
